Thank you, Kaneohe Officers' Spouses' Club and Hardware Hawai'i!
A special thank you to Hardware Hawaii in Kailua for donating paint, casters, and hardware
to refurbish the bandroom's shoe box and conductor's podium. After many years of hard use,
these items were in need of a little TLC.
We'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Kaneohe Officers' Spouses' Club (KOSC) for selecting the KIS Band as one of the recipients for this year's charitable giving! We appreciate your financial support, as we continue to strive to educate students in music.

KIS Summer Band
Monday through Friday, June 4 - 22; 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the KIS Bandrom
This program is highly recommended for KIS students advancing from 1st year to 2nd year band. It will primarily focus on fundamentals to improve the students' overall performance next year. Instruments will be assigned to students on June 4 and loaned out for the summer. Best of all, it's free! Download an extra copy of the registration form here.

Wednesdays, starting on June 13; 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the University of Hawai'i Bandroom
Open to all 8th grade band members who were in the Advanced Band. Play high school level music with students from across the island to prepare for next year, keep in shape over the summer, and meet new people who share a common interest in music. See Ms. Kusunoki for further details.
